Full Triage via Econsult starts

Monday 03rd November 2025: Full triage via eConsult starts

From 3rd November 2025, Rosemary Medical Centre will be introducing full triage via eConsult, a new and easier way to contact your GP team. In line with NHS guidance.

All clinical requests will go through a Doctor-Led Total Triage system, meaning every request is reviewed by a GP and directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional.

All requests for the following will need to be submitted via eConsult form:

  • Appointments
  • sick or fit notes
  • medical advice
  • test results
  • letters
  • medication advice
  • follow up on previous issues
  • admin queries

Submit requests online from 8:00am to 6.30pm via our website https://www.rosemarymedicalcentre.nhs.uk/   or the NHS App.

If you cannot access eConsult online, our reception team can help over the phone.

This change will help us provide care that is faster, fairer, and more efficient for all patients.
