Welcome to Rosemary Medical Centre

The NHS is awaiting national guidance that lets us extend the availability of COVID-19 booster jabs to all adults, a minimum of three months after receiving their second jabs. Thank you for your patience while we put this in place. For the time being, please only come for your booster jab if you are over the age of 40, and it has been more than six months since you had your second jab. If this does not apply to you, then an announcement will be made when you can get your booster.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Patients can book appointments and request repeat prescription online. This requires log in details to be set up for individual patients. Please ask reception staff for further information.
